After spending nearly a decade on my own nutrition and weight loss challenges, I have gained the skills necessary to support others along their journey. I am a graduate from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts as an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner with specialties in Holistic Nutrition, Herbal Remedies, and Health and Wellness Coaching. I am also currently a success coach at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts where I support graduates in building their businesses.
