A holistic approach to personal training and fitness can connect your mind to your body through conscious movement patterns that energize, repair and strengthen the body.

This is more than just physical training, you will not only learn to up-level your physical fitness, you will also learn to alter your mindset so that you will keep your momentum going forward, enhance your results, and build long lasting change.

We will incorporate yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises into your sessions which is essential for fostering a well-rounded approach to health. Yoga enhances flexibility, balance, and mindfulness, while meditation cultivates mental clarity and reduces stress, complementing the physical benefits of exercise. Integrating breathing exercises improves lung capacity, reduces anxiety, and helps manage stress, collectively promoting holistic well-being by addressing both physical and mental aspects of health.

Pricing Structure

In-Person Training: We always start off with our “Know, Like, and Trust” Package as the foundational first step. Recognizing that a single session will not allow the time and space to build a relationship and cultivate trust within one another. The intention is to be sure that working together will be in alignment for us both, and to do that we need at least 3 sessions.

“Know, Like, Trust” Package: 3 sessions $195 ($65/session)

“Let’s Get to Work” Package: 5 Sessions $315 ($63/session)

“I’m all in” Package: 10 Sessions $600 ($60/session)

Online Personal Training: $200 a month for up to 5x a week of workouts. Find our Online Training Profile here

We also offer Hybrid training which consists of a mixture of Online and In-Person. Please reach out for a quote designed for your needs.
